The injection mold cavities are distributed in 2 or more layers and arranged in an overlapping manner, which is equivalent to stacking multiple pairs of injection molds together. The high-efficiency stacked mold can be used without increasing the cost of one injection machine and one operator. Under the condition of clamping force, the output is doubled according to the number of layers, thus greatly improving production efficiency and equipment utilization, saving production costs and human resources. Design points of high-efficiency laminated mold 1) After the injection mold is opened, the main nozzle cannot be separated from the guide sleeve, and attention should be paid to whether the length of the main nozzle and the setting of the mold opening stroke are reasonable; 2) The maximum mold opening stroke and plasticizing amount of the injection molding machine 3) The pre-molding efficiency of the injection device should be high; 4) The injection rate should be increased appropriately; 5) The pressure release of the hot runner melt; 6) The relationship between the cavity layout and the main filling nozzle.
