Extrusion Blow Molding

Extrusion blow molding process is extruded blank, when the blank reaches a predetermined length, clamp the blank position after closing, the head of the blank forming or sizing. The compressed air into the billet is blown, so that it is close to the mold cavity to form a product, and when the product is cooled in the mold, the mold is opened and the product is removed, and the product is trimmed and decorated.

Injection Blow Molding

Injection blow molding process is more suitable for the production of some large batch, but small volume of containers in the daily production of cosmetics, daily necessities, medicine and food packaging, are the use of injection blow molding production equipment. The produced product has uniform wall thickness and less waste material without suture line.

Stretch Blow Molding

Stretch blow molding is the process method of billet, stretch and blow molding in a machine. Billet is a semi-finished product in the production process. After cooling, cold billet is reheated to stretch and blow molding. After extrusion molding, directional tensile blow molding, maintain a certain tensile speed, orientation before blowing, after stretching, transparency, impact strength, hardness and rigidity, surface gloss and barrier properties have been higher.

The production process of stretch blow molding is to control the temperature of the billet below the melting point under the principle of bidirectional bigeneration to improve the strength of the product.

The production process is the first injection molding bottom blank, the material is continuously transported to the heating furnace, after heating to reach the tensile temperature, and then into the blow mold with the help of the tensile rod for axial stretching, and finally by blowing molding.
