UV is a surface treatment process for plastic injection molded parts. Generally, after the surface of plastic injection molded parts is treated with UV, the surface effect of the product can be brighter and it is not easy to be scratched. The main process is to spray a layer of transparent oil on the surface , needs to be dried by ultraviolet light. Let me explain to you what to pay attention to when plastic injection molded parts pass UV: 1. Due to the fast curing speed of UV paint and high production efficiency, it can be cured by ultraviolet light in 30 minutes; 2. Coating performance Excellent, the coating has very high indicators in terms of hardness, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, gasoline and other solvents; especially its full paint film and outstanding gloss; 3.UV paint uses Light curing process, no pollution during processing. 4. UV coatings are more sensitive to dust, so they have stricter requirements on the processing environment. 5. Not sun-proof, easy to crack under sunlight.

6. UV coating will turn yellow after a long time. Therefore, when the product appearance requires pure white, it is generally not recommended to use UV for surface treatment.
