1. Multiple varieties of small and medium batch parts. With the gradual decline in the manufacturing cost of CNC machine tools, whether it is domestic or foreign, the situation of processing large quantities of parts has also appeared. When processing small batches and single-piece production, it can also be selected if the debugging time of the program and the preparation time of the tooling can be shortened.

2. Parts with high precision requirements. Due to the good rigidity of the CNC machine tool, high manufacturing precision, accurate tool setting, and convenient size compensation, it can process parts with high dimensional accuracy requirements. 3. Parts with small surface roughness.

When the material of the workpiece and the tool, the finishing allowance and the angle of the tool are fixed, the surface roughness depends on the cutting speed and feed rate. Ordinary machine tools have a constant speed, and different diameters have different cutting speeds. For example, CNC lathes have a constant linear speed cutting function, and the same linear speed can be used when turning end faces and crocodile shears with different diameters to ensure that the surface roughness value is small and consistent. When processing surfaces with different surface roughness, a small feed rate is selected for a surface with a small roughness, and a larger feed rate is selected for a surface with a large roughness. The variability is very good, which is difficult to achieve on ordinary machine tools.

4. Parts with complex contours and shapes. Any plane curve can be approximated by a straight line or an arc, and the CNC machine tool has the function of arc interpolation, which can process various parts with complex contours. 5. Expensive parts. Although the production volume of such parts is not large, if they are scrapped due to errors during processing, huge economic losses will occur.
