Blow molding is divided into two types: extrusion blowing and injection blowing. Extrusion blowing refers to ordinary blow molding processing (that is, blow molding after extruding the parison after the raw material is plasticized), and injection blowing refers to the embryo tube processed by blow molding. Blow molding, injection blowing is also called stretch blowing, and stretch blowing is divided into one-step and two-step methods. One-step stretch blowing is injection molding and stretch blowing are completed by one machine, the parison is first injected (the parison mold must be produced with mold temperature) to ensure that the temperature sufficient for blowing expansion enters the stretch blow cavity for stretch blowing. The two-step method is that the injection molding machine first injects the parison and then heats it again for stretch blowing.
