When the angle of the inclined roof is greater than 12°, in addition to considering the strength, it is necessary to increase the auxiliary rod to prevent the deformation of the inclined roof of the plastic mold due to excessive torque during the production process fracture.

3) The phenomenon of product sticking to the inclined roof is the most likely to occur in production. The common method is to increase the demoulding angle of the product. During the design, excessive ribs on the inclined roof of the plastic mold should be avoided. 4) The inclined ejector rod should not be too thin. The minimum thickness of the inclined ejector for small workpieces is 3.00mm. For workpieces larger than 500.00mm, the minimum thickness of the inclined ejector should not be less than 25.00mm, so as to prevent the ejector of plastic molds from being broken due to excessive torque during production. deformation fracture. 5) The plastic mold slanted top is one of the ejection mechanisms, which is used for ejecting products. There is no need to put the top in the area where there is a slanted top at the same position, avoiding the interference between the slanted top and ejection, and the interference between the slanted top and ejection. Simulation verification is required.

6) In the production of injection molding, the most feared problems encountered are twisting and deformation of the slanted roof, and root fracture. When designing, the inclination angle and distance of the slanted roof of the plastic mold, the material of the slanted roof, the size of the slanted roof, and the design of the slanted roof will have an impact on the inclined roof. Because its structure is relatively easy to damage, it should be carefully repaired and replaced during injection molding production to avoid hidden dangers such as non-retreating of the front mold's inclined roof and burrs on the inclined roof.
