The plasticizing capacity of the injection molding machine should be appropriate. If the plasticizing capacity is too small, it will not mix completely and become brittle. Solutions: (1) Increase injection: pressure, speed, time and material volume, increase back pressure, and enrich mold filling. (2) Increase material temperature and flow smoothly. Reduce material temperature, reduce shrinkage, and increase mold temperature appropriately, especially the local mold temperature where vacuum bubbles are formed.

(3) Set the gate at the thicker part of the part, change the flow state of the nozzle, runner and gate, and reduce pressure consumption. (4) Improve the exhaust condition of the mold.
