) The processing movement of the injection mold is provided by the power of the forming machine tool and equipment through the transmission mechanism. The following injection mold processing manufacturers will introduce three methods of driving injection molds. ①Electromechanical drive For example, stamping machine, friction press, roll forging machine, etc.

The rotation is driven by the motor, the transmission mechanism is driven, and the slider is connected with the moving parts of the mold to drive the directional movement of the mold, and the transmitted driving force acts on the mold to make the mold shape the material. ②Electro-hydraulic drive means that the injection motor drives the hydraulic pump or water pump to generate hydraulic pressure and water pressure. Through the hydraulic transmission and control system of the liquid, a certain rated pressure is generated to drive the hydraulic cylinder or piston connected to the moving parts of the mold (such as the moving mold). In this way, the movable mold is driven to perform directional translational movement relative to the fixed mold, and then the material is further compressed, so that the material becomes a finished product after molding. ③Pneumatic forming It is mainly used for plastic blow molding, that is, when the mold is in a fixed state, the plastic plate is directly adsorbed on the surface of the mold by an air pump to form a finished product, while blow molding is the blank type of hot-melt plastic parts or hot-melt glass parts After the cavity is blown and deformed, it is attached to the surface of the cavity to form a finished product.

In addition, mold injection molding processing drives, such as aluminum alloy profiles, plastic profiles, sheets or films, generally use extrusion processes. The mold is fixed on the machine head, and the material passes through the mold in the form of extrusion, and the relative movement of the mold forms various products. For example, plastic profiles rely on the helical movement of the extruder screw to extrude the plastic into the mold and across the surface of the mold, then cool and form the profile.

The stretching mechanism stretches the extruded profile forward for continuous molding.
